| Pharamaceutical Manufacturing Activites All non sterile, non B Lactam formulations are currently made in this unit for Tablet, Liquid orals. All Equipments used for the manufacture are as per Good Manufacturing Practice. We have following capacity for per month production based on single shift working
Tablet Punching Capacity is 20 lacs per shift on two latest GMP model, 29 station double rotary and 37 station triple rotary compression machines with dust extraction system. Adequate space as per eGMP have been provided for the storage of raw & packing Materials, manufacturing, testing, in process controls etc. Adequate measures have been taken to assure the quality of the product's such as process & utility validations, proper sanitation, proper maintenance of equipment's. All activities are performed by trained-skilled personnel and supervised by Competent personnel. Necessary records of all these are maintained. Stability studies are carried out as per ICH guide-lines. In all plant, eGMP norms are followed. Measures are taken to prevent cross contamination.
